What a Week!

Hi everyone,   

It’s been a hell of a week.

Brilliant and challenging at the same time, it certainly makes one feel alive!

It started so well in North Yorkshire for a few days R&R with the family. We exhausted ourselves climbing Roseberry Topping and then celebrating with a well-deserved massive Yorkshire pudding roast!

Back south, The Budget came next. The less said about this, the better.

Whilst the initial reaction was “it wasn’t too bad”, the more I dug into the details, I could see the impact on business was huge on so many levels, across most taxes. (You can watch a recording of my webinar on the link in the comments below)

My advice is – “Don’t put your head in the sand, now’s the time to step up.”

You can’t control the government and their actions, but you can certainly control how you react to things thrown at you, just surround yourselves with people that support you rather than those who sap your energy!

But the week ends on a high, with the celebration of Diwali for me.
Family, friends, and food, but most importantly knowing that light always triumphs over darkness.

Things may be tough out there and uncertain, but after night always comes day.

A new beginning is just that, an opportunity to reset, and give it your all going forward!

Don’t let anyone tell you any different!
