Here's a question most dental groups have never sat down to answer properly:

What does your current associate pay process actually cost you?

Not in stress. Not in aggravation. In money.

It's surprisingly easy to absorb inefficiency when it arrives in small, recurring doses. Four hours here. An afternoon there. A senior team member staying late because the formula broke again. It doesn't feel like a crisis. It just feels like how things are.

But let's do the maths.
