I hope you are slowing things down, switching off (at least a little), and enjoying some well earned time with the people who matter most.
Before 2026 sneaks up on us, I want to say a big thank you. Thank you for reading, sticking with me, and engaging with the newsletter throughout the year. It genuinely means a lot.
This year has challenged many long-held ideas in the Dental world. How work gets done. Where talent comes from. And what technology is actually worth using, not just talking about. I have learned so much through these conversations and alongside you.
2025 was also special for me in another way. I was proud to be involved in supporting Rhythm of Life, an NGO based in Delhi, and to contribute in a small way to the incredible work they do. It was a reminder that business is not just about growth, but also about giving back.
Looking ahead, I am genuinely optimistic. There is so much opportunity for dentists willing to rethink how they grow, operate, and build for the future.
