Can I tell you what I am not doing on the evening of 18th June?
Sitting in a conference room. Listening to someone read bullet points off a screen. Eating a sad sandwich triangle from a platter that arrived two hours ago.
Here is what I am actually doing.
I am on the terrace at Forza Wine on the South Bank, watching the sun go down over the Thames with a glass of something cold, a plate of Italian sharing food doing the rounds, and genuinely good company. And I would very much like you to be there too.
We have been heads down all year. Deals, deadlines, tax returns, the lot. So this is us saying, right, enough of that for one evening. Come and have a drink with us.
