Hi {{firstname|there}},

Event details:
📅15 April 2026
🕘 19:00 - 21:00

📍 Free online event

We're a couple of days out from the webinar and I've been thinking about the questions that always come up when I speak to dentists about the new tax year.

So here's a quick preview of what we'll actually be getting into on 15th evening.

On tax: The pension annual allowance is back up to £60,000. That's not small. For a dentist in the higher rate band, maximising pension contributions is one of the most powerful things you can do to reduce your tax bill and it's one of the most consistently underused. We'll talk through how to think about this alongside dividends versus salary decisions for 2026/27.

On AI and automation: I built Samera.ai because I was spending too much time watching our team manually reconcile associate pay from Dentally spreadsheets. It was slow, error-prone, and completely unnecessary. We'll be doing a live demo, Dentally data in, Xero journals out, automatically. If you run a multi-associate practice, this is going to be interesting.

On offshoring: Our India team now handles bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance for a growing number of our clients. The typical saving is between £40,000 and £60,000 a year. I know "offshoring" sounds like a big, complicated thing, it isn't, when it's set up properly. We'll be walking through how it actually works in practice.

If you're wondering whether this is worth two hours of your evening, ask yourself two questions: do I have a clear plan to minimise my tax liability for 2026/27? And am I still wasting hours every week on manual payroll admin? If the answer to either is no, I'll see you Wednesday.

We go live at 7pm on 15 April. It's online, it's free, and there are still a handful of spaces left.
